A little about our owner Monroe has been in the gun business in Las Cruces for over 20 years, owned Command Bunker, sold it in 2010, then started up MR ARMS in 2016, I had a short break from 2023 until March of 2025.  Monroe is a Vietnam Veteran, drafted in Oct. 1969, went to Vietnam in Jan. 1971, as infantry, got out in Oct. 1971, he went back to Chicopee, MA . 

Got married to his wife Marie , at that  time they had  4 children, 2 from his first marriage and two from Marie’s. He went back to school while working the night shift at Uniroyal, graduated with Electrical Engineering Degree. They had their 5th child the year he graduated. He in 1977 started ISCS, doing work in the Hazardous Fire and Gas protection and suppression business. Closed the business in 2000. By that time Monroe and the family had been living in New Hampshire for almost 28 years.

Monroe was greatly effected by Agent Orange while in Vietnam, it has effected him for the past 30 years. 3 cancers, diabetes for over 30 year’s, neuropathy in both hands and feet, and during his break, 2023 they put 5 stints in him. And he continues to work he started at 14 years old and he will be 77 in a few months. The reason for this is to show his customers that he is devoted to finding the best deals on firearms so that you can be assured of his efforts to make sure you get the best deal he can get you.
